Refunds and Returns

No refunds or returns are allowed. If there is an error on our part, the item may be returned for a full refund or exchange with shipping at seller's expense. In this case, all items must be returned unused and in the item's original packaging.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Each elemitt is handmade so there may be minor variations. We work hard to make sure each order is to the highest quality.
